The studios is built and ran by VOXY Media House who have an in house team of production crew and content creators. Please contact us for production crew rates.

Hyde Studios pride ourselves on being the only studio that offers an extensive list of lighting kit free of charge for every booking. We also have an array of camera and audio equipment in house which you can hire for an additional fee.
Your hire begins with the studio and its core creative infrastructure already in place, so you are not starting with an empty room.
Hyde Studios is based at Wigan Hall. From central Manchester, allow approximately 40–60 minutes by road depending on traffic. It is designed for planned shoot days where easy loading, reliable parking and a distinctive setting matter more than a city-centre postcode.
The studio occupies the ground floor of the building. Crews have free gated parking, ground-floor access, professional lighting included with every booking and room for clients, styling and production. Its Japanese- and Scandinavian-inspired interior, natural light, infinity cove and optional blackout make it possible to create several looks without changing location.
Hyde Studios is a 650 sq ft film and photography studio inside the restored Victorian surroundings of Wigan Hall. Original architectural details sit alongside Japanese- and Scandinavian-inspired interiors, creating a calm editorial setting that looks considered before a crew adds its own styling.
Created in 2021 by filmmakers Ryan Connor and Joe Mitchinson, the studio combines furnished natural-light sets with a pre-rigged infinity cove, motorised backdrops, textured limewash walls and full lighting control. It can move from lifestyle imagery and personal branding to product photography, interviews, music videos and campaign content within one booking.
For Manchester teams, the value is a focused production day with parking, loading access, included lighting and several distinctive looks under one roof—not simply another blank city-centre hire space.
Manchester photographer Ryan Mole used Hyde Studios to create a fashion and jewellery editorial that moved from relaxed portraiture to precise product detail. Window light, textured interiors and controlled close-ups gave the gallery a consistent visual language while allowing each look to feel distinct.
The finished series shows what a focused studio booking can produce for photographers, stylists and creative teams: varied sets, room to change looks and a coherent library of campaign-ready images.

The pre-rigged infinity cove measures 3.4m high × 4.6m wide × 3.4m deep. Together with the motorised backdrops, furnished interiors and blackout option, it supports stills, video, interviews, content and commercial campaign work.
